1.12.1939 - 12.2.1940 during the Winter War Finnish parlament have 34 secret plenary session's in this building. This is the only place where the Finnish parlament have ever meet outside of Helsinki the capital of Finland.
Helsinki was under Russians heavy bombarment, so this was the safe place to Finnish parlament operate during the Winter War.
Museum was opened 1.12.1984 (45 years later)
