The building located at 215 S. First Street is part of the Guthrie Historic District, and was constructed in 1910. This building, known as the WACHOB Building is a two-story red brick building with commercial space on the first floor and a residence on the second.
In 1988, a mural on the north side of this building was restored. It has a large oval reading "Owl Cigar 5 cents" and the words "In 2 New Shapes All Hand Made".
