A memorial, originally for WWI but added to over the years to include WWII, the Korean War, and the Northern Ireland Conflict.

Set in a nich on the north wall of the north aisle, this memorial started out as being a memorial to those servicemen from Holt who were killed in the Great War. Since then there have been other conflicts and the victims of WWII have been commemorated, and one soldier killed from each of the Korean War and the Northern Ireland conflict.

The Great War memorial is a carved wooden panel with the shield of St.Andrew at the top. The panel is painted green with incised and gold painted names. Around all is a scarlet border with gold edging. The WWII names are carved on a marble slab set into the wall below the WWI panel. Below this is a second marble slab with the last two names thereon.

There is a memorial window in the east wall of the north aisle adjacent to the 'Roll of Honour'. There are images of, from left to right, St.George, Martyr, St.Mary and the Infant Jesus, St.Martin of Toors. It has a small dedication inscription at its bottom right corner...


       Giving thanks to God
       for the honoured memory of
       the gallant men of this town
       whose names are inscribed
       in a tablet near by.
       On whose souls may
       God have mercy for
       Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.
...and within the design two verses from scripture:
