This narrow truss bridge spans a small creek on 12th Street where it intersects with 10th Avenue in Phenix City, AL. It is built as a single lane bridge, so only one car can cross from either direction at a time. Therefore, the two-way traffic has to be careful of oncoming vehicles before attempting to cross. Generally, the traffic is light and presents no delay in crossing. There is a narrow pedestrian walkway along the outside of the trusses on one side of the bridge. This walkway is integrated in with the structure of the bridge and has wooden planks across the steel beams. No information plate stating the manufacturer or date built was found on the trusses. A geocache is hidden nearby.
