Henrys Farmers Market (for some reason they refuse to use apostrophes where they should in their name, although the logo sorta kinda has one as a little leaf above the first "s") has a couple of dozen stores in Southern California. This is one in Poway, a suburb northeast of San Diego. The company traces its history back to 1943 and now has stores from the international border to Burbank in the north and Palm Springs in the east.
Whole Foods has for years ignored the presumably lucrative north/east San Diego County market, so Henrys has this area all to itself as far as groovy crunchy food is concerned!
