As you walk along the streets of Utica Square, an upscale shopping center built in a village-like setting, the atmosphere is one of elegance and Victorian splendor. Shoppers walk along sidewalks with stores facing the street, and curbside parking.
This clock stands on the sidewalk area which is landscaped and bricked. At the base of the clock are two benches. The clock is painted green and is in working order.
