As part of Jenks' Centennial Celebration in 2005, an arboretum was planted which stretches along a trail known as Acquarium Trail. The trail begins at Main Street just west of the Arkansas River, travels south along the west side of the Best Western Motel, past the Oklahoma Acquarium, then turns west along 101st Street to Veterans Park.
The coordinates given are at the "end" or far western portion of the arboretum trail. There are 42 different species of trees labeled along the way. The website given below is an interactive map of the arboretum showing the areas where trees are planted. By clicking on the number for each tree, you will be given details of that species.
