This WOW marker is one of many at Cleveland County's Denver Cemetery, on the south side of Lake Thunderbird. It is one mile north of Highway 9, on the east side of 108th Ave. SE.
Denver Cemetery is well maintained, with plenty of parking in the dirt and gravel lot on the west side (entrance). Two gates are open for walk-ins.
As you head north from Highway 9, on 108th, you can see Lake Thunderbird directly in front of you. The cemetery will be on your right hand side as you near the end of the road.
This WOW marker is a very large one, with the typical dark-wood and cut-off limbs. It is about 6 1/2 feet tall, with a lot of decoration in the bottom 1/3 of the memorial. Some colorful flowers were placed at the base the day we visited.
