Zions Hill is an unincorporated area south of Martinsville, Indiana along Indiana 37 on the way to Bloomington, Indiana, home of Indiana University.
The sign posted is directly west of the entrance to Morgan Monroe State Forest, a large primitive recreation area.
Zions Hill has a number of homes and the Zions Hill Baptist Church. The church has a new location and an original building more toward the center of the settlement. They were putting out Easter eggs for a hunt the day we visited.
