Trat, in far south eastern Thailand, is a small town, and capital of a province of the same name. One of its main shopping precincts is the 'Trat Department Store'. And, on one side of this store, is a big, red, bright, neon sign. In the rather dark street, it is breath takingly bright (and red). Easy to find, and worth a pic. It is in good repair, apart from a character or two on the blink.
