The small town of Trat, which is also the capital city of the Trat province, has at its centre a town clock, outside a small shopping mall. The clock is digital (nothing is perfect), and also tells passerbys the temperature as well as the time. The clock is easily visible, both by day and night. It is operational, but four hours ahead.
