The pub has had a chequered past been closed painted a violent green then reopened now does live music and screens sports.

A quiet, unassuming pub. Good for a quiet drink. Has a TV screen in one room away from the bar that shows football, MTV, etc.
The landlord changed in 2006 when the outside was repainted from a slime-like green to cream and one of the bars got comfortable leather chairs. It often has events (karaoke, comedy, music) on Saturday nights.
The houses in this area where built for the Railway workers who came to Wolverton in the mid 1800's.
