This is at the far end of the Garden of Remembrance which is to the side of the Church of St Mary in Amersham.
The plaque is on a brick wall behind the Cross of Sacrifice for World War II
The memorial is now fairly tarnished and some names are hard to decipher.
THIS GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE IS LAID OUT
IN HONOURED MEMORY OF THOSE FROM THIS
PARISH WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
IN THE WORLD WAR 1939 - 1945

Then there are three rows of names .
