The Goshen Bridge was built by the Goshen Land and Improvement Company and the Groton Bridge Works during the winter of 1890-1891 and opened to traffic in the Spring of 1891. The bridge crosses the Cowpasture River in the Rockbridge County community of Goshen. It is 260-feet long and carries Route 746 across the river.
