?Domovni znameni, ktera v dnesni dobe vnimame jak pouhou dekoraci mela v historii mnohem dulezitejsi ukol - stredoveka rychle rostouci mesta potrebovala nejaky orientacni system, takze z grafiky se razem stalo "orientacni cislo" domu.
Starsi dum barokne prestaveny v roce 1726, spojeny s vedlejsim domem U zeleneho raka, kde se nachazi i vchod. Domovnim znamenim z roku 1608 je plasticky obraz cerveneho lva se zlatym poharem v tlape.

The house signs on ancient houses, that looks simply as some kind of decorative elements on buildings, once served as a kind of orientation in fast growing cities. Today we use numbers :).
A neo-Baroque residential house was built in 1891 and 1896-97; the façade is adorned by a painting of Madonna, inside there is a decorative vestibule. Czech literary historian and critic A. Novak (1880–1939) used to live there.
