This is a medium sized university, situated a little out of the town. It is entirely private, partially owned and funded by a successful local. Even though the name suggests otherwise, the Uni has a wide range of courses, including Cambodian history and culture, as well, of course, as the more business and 'practical' oriented courses.
I visited over a weekend, thus there was only one person who I could speak to, a dean, who also doubled as an administrator. He and the layout of the university suggested an ambitious and optimistic growth for the future.
