The Haing Lay hotel has a big and bright neon sign, which shines out into the dark night, in this quiet town in rural Cambodia. What does this hotel and club offer to make its sign so big and bright? I don't know. I did not investigate, however, easily seen and easily found, not too far from the bus station.
