The massive memorial stands in a park behind the town cemetery. There is a list of names with dates of birth and death. The first column lists the ones who died on the eastern front, the other two the ones who died on the West.
At the bottom there is a small plaque dedicated to WW II victims with a quote from Romans 12:18 - "So habt mit allen Menschen Frieden" (live peaceably with all men).
