Build Bright is a Cambodia wide university, with eight 'study centers' in eight different provinces. The university teaches a 'practical' range of courses: business, tourism, law, IT, accounting, and so forth. It has a good reputation in the country.
The Stung Treng campus is on the outskirts of the town. The campus opened its doors in late 2008. Numbers are still low, and the university seems a little quiet. Unfortunately, my visit was outside normal working hours, and there was no one with good enough English to enable a conversation.
