This World War II Memorial is part of the Southwest Montana Veterans Memorial park in Dillon, Montana.

This Memorial Park includes a main display area that features the seal and flag from each of the branches of the United States Armed Forces, arranged with rock walls which can also be used for seating. The area has flood lights that highlight each flag. In addition, there is a manmade water feature with the sign "Southwest Montana Veterans Memorial", a Blue Star Memorial Highway sign, a relief statue, a short paved walking path and this World War II memorial plaque that is displayed on a monument made of rock and concrete.

The Plaque reads:

in Memory of
Beaverhead County boys who gave their lives in World War II.
