One of many painted utility boxes in and around Potsdam. This one shows a hedgehog. I used to live in the house next to this box and can testify that there are many hedgehogs living in the area.
In 2005, the city of Potsdam, struggling with a giant tagging problem, employed five young graffiti artist, known as ART-EFX to paint hundreds of utility boxes in town.
