The memorial is a simple cement pedestal. On the top is a plaque with a long dedication of: "In Memory of all American veterans the memorial honors all veterans who, although separated by generations, shared a common, undeniable, goal to valiantly protect our country's freedoms. The memories of these American veterans will continue to live on whenever and wherever democracy exists. The American Veteran - forever a symbol of heroism, loyalty sacrifice and freedom." Above the writing is image of soldiers, tanks, and remembrance.
On the front of the memorial, is the dedication plaque. On both sides of the memorial are the seals of the six armed forces: army, navy, air force, merchant marines, marines and cost guard.
