Anderson & Girls petting zoo is a part of Anderson & Girls Orchard / Gifts. The petting zoo is free (donations encouraged though) and only charges 25 cents for handfuls of animal feed. The range of animals is truly extensive including sheep, goats, pigs, llamas, big horn sheep (rams), a camel, zebras, and others. They also have a bird cage which kids can feed birds off from a stick and a pond with ducks. The animals are in very friendly settings, including a goat bridge and a pig pen so that kids can interact with the animals beyond just feeding and petting.
On site is also a ice cream shop, working pick-your-own orchard, gift shop, and bakery. It is a family ran farm and Mr. Anderson and the family have a great reputation for interacting with the participants (for example, Mr. Anderson was facilitating a pig race the day we were waymarking this).
This is truly a must visit petting zoo!
