This station is in an area being finished up after the Big Dig, so these instructions might not be the most efficient after all the work is completed. But they should suffice.
To reach the station, start at Causeway Street in northern Boston, right by North Station. Go to the east side of the former Artery to Beverly St. Walk north on Beverly St, and you will come to the street's end, but a sidewalk will appear on the east side of the street. Continue down the sidewalk, past a boathouse, and into what seems to be informal parking for various Massachusetts state agencies.
The mark will be in the sidewalk near a point where the walk curves left, and in a triangle formed by a bench, a tree, and the corner of a trailer (which may or may not be permanent). It was highlighted with a orange triangle at the time of discovery.
