In the center of the Ed. Smalley Centennial Park (also known as Ed Smalley Memorial Park), in downtown Stroud, stands this 8-sided white wooden gazebo with a green composition shingled roof.
The area is a small, landscaped park with an eagle sculpture and a large war memorial. There are no recreational facilities at the park, but the gazebo makes a nice place to sit, relax and contemplate. There is bench seating on the interior of the structure.
