The Monte Carlo Brewpub is fun. Not just because it is in a casino, but also because of the projected "drink beer" sign and the giraffe taps you can buy. They have a fairly typical array of beer choices such as a red, a pale, a wheat, a golden ale and a stout. Three of us shared a giraffe of the pale ale and liked it just fine. It is open until 3am on weekdays and 4am on weekends.
