In Bothell, along the Bothell Everett Highway, is the Crystal Creek Cafe, which has a fancy neon sign that overlooks the road. The restaurant is elevated compared to the road, and the entrance to the mall where it resides is about 100 feet to the south of the sign.
The sign has all sorts of neon lights on it: red lights along the borders and outlining the words in "cafe:" yellow over the green letters of "Crystal Creek" and inside "Cafe", and blue and white as lines and borders at various points. There are two faces to it. At the time of the visit, the changeable letters on one face said "Fresh-Pastries-Everyday," while the other side said, "Real-Corned Beef-Hash."
The place is in the style of a diner, but it is in a modern building.
The sign appears to be in good working order.
