This town clock you will find on the Royal Mill. Main street in Edingburg.
The clock is hanging out on the beautiful stone facade of the Tolbooth
tavern that was built in 1591 as the primary council building of Canongate. Of course, today, Canongate has been subsumed by the city of Edinburgh, and a pub has been in place in this building since the 1820s. The iconic architecture is a favourite for tourists and photographers.
