Originally a governmental building now used for commercial purposes. Two and a half story, detached brick building that has rectangular plan with a flat roof. A large recessed entrance, originally for fire trucks, now infilled with new glass and door. A small brick tower with a clock is centered in the middle of the primary facade which projects a symmetrical appearance. Numerous decorative elements include: parapet walls that accent roof line, pressed metal cornice, stone sills and watertable, original electric light fixtures, and brick work with every fifth course recessed.
