The main East window has stained glass dating to the Victorian period. The stonework dates to the 13th century with seven lights and reticulated tracery. The window depicts the Crucifixion.

The central window is dedicated to John Hutchins who was a celebrated Dorset historian and Rector of Wareham between 1743 and 1773.

Around the church are some modern, colourful windows showing Biblical scenes.
