"Now occupied by Andrew's Inc., this structure housed the first department store in Glendora. Arthur Venberg was an early Glendora merchant who began his business in the Mathews and Wamsley building at Meda and Glendora Ave. The Venberg Building was constructed in 1925 at a cost of 25,00. This structure is representative of many commercial building throughout foothill communities during the 1900-1930 era."
