This survey mark is located in downtown Honolulu on the grounds of the State Capitol, near Iolani Palace. The mark is located in a triangular piece of concrete that is part of a walkway that goes Ewa-Diamond Head between the capitol and palace. The mark is also located close to the Richards Street sidewalk, across from Hotel Street.
