This center was built in 1988 to accommodate the thousands of tourist that visit the Capitol and the surrounding buildings that make up the "Capitol Complex".
It has free parking for cars and tour buses in its parking lot.
There is a picnic area with tables on a first come first served basis.
The visitor center is only a two minute walk from the Capitol doors.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
