Located along the Memorial Walk section of the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery near Camp Ripley and Little Falls, MN, this memorial is majestic in its simplicity.
It says:
Vietnam War 1964-1975
Dedicated to All American servicemen and women who
served in Vietnam.
Answering our country's call to duty on distant shore in a strange
land, many who went stayed behind forever and others who came home are yet still there.
The flags are now furled, the arms stacked and the battleships silent.
Let the bugles fading notes carried on the wind remind us of the courage, dedication and sacrifices of those brave Americans who when called served with loyalty and honor.
