AT WAYCROSS, ABOUT 0.25 MILE SOUTH ALONG PENDLETON STREET FROM THE CROSSING OF THE ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD, AT INTERSECTION OF PENDLETON AND ISABELLA STREETS, 26 FEET WEST OF WEST CURB OF PENDLETON STREET, 89 FEET SOUTH OF SOUTH CURB OF ISABELLA STREET, SET VERTICALLY IN THE EAST FACE OF CONCRETE PORCH OF CITY HALL BUILDING, 1.8 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PORCH AND 4 FEET ABOVE LEVEL OF SIDE WALK.
