Duet is a silver colored abstract sculpture that in my opinion resembles a teardrop with a musical note shaped into the interior of the drop. It's a beautiful sculpture, and a wonderful addition to the numerous outdoor public art that has been placed around the city.
Duet is about 2 1/2 feet tall, and on a vertical rectangular base about 4 feet tall. I love the grooved front and beautiful curves in this piece. It is located in the median of Boulevard, just north of Timberdale Terrace. This stretch of road is curvy and has very fast traffic, so please use caution if you choose to cross the road to get to the median.
This is one of over a hundred outdoor public art sculptures placed by the city in conjuction with the Edmond Visual Arts Commission.
