This boardwalk starts at the beginning part of the trail leading from Rambadt Park to Reed City's Linear Park trail and is built directly into the 'Lil Mac' suspension bridge. The land is a swampy marsh that is wet in the spring, fall, and winter due to its drainage from the nearby Muskegon River and natural rainfall.
