This marble bench is one of two which are part of a firefighter memorial in front of the Ocean Fire Company Number 1. The bench has a photo of Feimster and the following engraving:
"FRANK D. FEIMSTER
U.S.M.C. PRIVATE FIRST CLASS
ONLY MEMBER OF OCEAN FIRE CO. #1 KILLED IN ACTION MAY 19, 1945 WHILE SERVING IN OKINAWA"
