The stations are painted different colours, mainly brown, yellow and white and are located around Poole Park. There are two different routes, one being 2km and the other 5km.
There are different types of equipment available at various stations. For example station 4 tests leg and hip muscles on the health walker, shoulders, elbows and wrists on the push hands and leg muscles and ligaments on the leg stretch. Instructions are provided at each station and calorie usage is detailed.
Poole Park is a scenic area to enjoy with water, reflections and wildlife.
