Erected in Centennial Park, to the south of the Santa Fe Depot Museum on E. Main Street is a time capsule commemorating the Centennial of the Sante Fe Depot. This small park contains several monuments and markers of historical significance, as well as another time capsule commemorating the Park.
The plaque on this 5 ft. high brick monument reads: "Santa Fe Depot Centennial May 7, 2004 Time Capsule enclosed to be opened on May 7, 2104"
