This waymark is a painted sign on the E side of the Denison Dam intake structure showing the level of the record flood event of May 1990, when the lake level reached 644.76 feet AND WHICH WAS UPDATED IN JUNE OF 2105 showing the record flood level of 645.72 for that month.

See here for an ultra-cool vortex that formed at the floodgate intakes when the conduit gates were opened at the intake structure to release the floodwaters. (visit link)
