Blåvand Lighthouse - Coastal Lighthouses on Waymarking.com

Horns Rev lies directly outside Blåvandshuk and this area has always been a big challenge for the many ships that pass by. Therefore, the lighthouse in Blåvand has for more the hundred years helped the ships around the many sandbanks.
The lighthouse is about 38 meters high and you are able to see a great deal of the area from the top. You can e.g. see the windpark at Horns Rev.
For 20 kroners (pay at the tourist office next to the lighthouse), you can climb to the top of the lighthouse and admire the uninterrupted view in all directions.
You'll see Esbjerg harbour, Blåvand's long sandy beaches, the offshore windwill farm, a good few old German WWII bunkers and of course the hundreds of lovely summerhouses in the sandy dunes.
You should go up on a good clear day.
