These two colorful traditional windmills are located on the hilltop above the town of Horta on Faial Island in the Archipelago of the Azores, Portugal.

These windmills were built by Flemish colonists hundreds of years ago. Visitors can stop and climb up the stairs and go inside the old windmills. They were originally used to mill grain, but are no longer in use.
