The sign depicts two foresters one holding a bow and arrow, the other holding an axe. They both have hunting horns and stand either side of the coat of arms. The Latin inscription 'Unitas Benevolentia et Concordia' (Unity, Benevolence and Concord) is displayed at the base of the picture.
The Foresters Arms is a traditional pub owned by Wadworth in the New Forest National Park. There are likely to be donkeys and ponies roaming around the area and along the road.
