Judging from the automobiles, this is an early 1950s postcard. The view demonstrates how many buildings were lost to urban renewal. One can just make out the Brown Palace Hotel on the left near the apex of the street view. All I could do was to count blocks to determine where to take the photo since all the other reference buildings are gone.
Physical Address: 17th and California/Welton Denver, CO USA 80202
Description of Postcard Location: Standing in street, though the sidewalk gives a better angle on the Brown Palace Hotel.
