Missione Cattolica Italiana (the former, but still common name, officially it is called "Parrocchia S. Pio X") is the Roman-Catholic church for the Italian speaking community. The church is a hidden in a quarter South of the historic center of Basel. It is hidden behind some office buildings, so you will not notice the steeple unless you are very close.
The steeple looks like a sail (i.e. the tower of a submarine), especially seen from South.
There is no information available for this building. It looks like 1960s or 1970s, but I could be wrong.
