Lincon Park is Jersey City's largest (at 273 acres) and primary park. It was known as West Side park until 1930 when the iconic statue of Lincon by artist James Earle Frazer was dedicated at the park's entrance.
The Park also has a prominent fountain from 1911. The park has trails, picnic areas, ballfields, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and several monuments.
