Bicycle tenders shaped like a tubular bicycle and rider have been cropping up all over the downtown Salt Lake City area. They are either quite new or else very well maintained because they all seem to have a nice paint job. I hadn't really noticed them before recently when I noticed someone locking up their bike on one.
