The tree is about 10 feet from the entrance. The marker is before the tree, closer to the building and obscured by over grown landscaping. There is also a bas relief stone monument of the same subject closer to the sidewalk and street. The tree resembles a weeping cherry but I cannot be sure.
The rear of the memorial lists the sponsors for this cemetery-like marker. The front of the marker reads:
