In a nice part of town, close to the river, is situated the impressively named and constructed "Cambodia-Korea Culture Center". No idea what it does (I am assuming South, and not North Korea), but there it is. And, on the main road, outside this building is a free standing clock.
This clock tells the time accurately, and is visible up and down the street.
